The Residency at Flora is a multidisciplinary program that invites artists, chefs, designers, writers, filmmakers, and innovators from around the world to live, create, and connect. Rooted in the RiNo Arts District, it serves as a cultural incubator where creativity and collaboration meet in real time.

Each resident receives a fully furnished luxury space to stay, a creative award to support materials or production, and exposure through Flora's network and media partners. Throughout the residency, creators will lead workshops, community moments, and process nights that bring audiences into the art of making.

A final showcase marks the culmination of each residency, blending art, design, food, and performance in an intimate and unforgettable way. Guided by a selection committee of global and local tastemakers led by developer and art advisor Edee Anesi, The Residency at Flora champions creative voices shaping culture today and tomorrow.
